A Day at the Lake

"I'm glad you're enjoying it!" Jack replied between breaths, his powerful arms propelling the couple speedily down the length of the Lake, making the huge distance seem like child's play. With water everywhere around him, Jack felt as if he were at home. But this was different - with Tiffany on his back, it was home but much, much better. Every time her soft skin rubbed a little across his bare back, a jolt of electricity went through him. "Oh yeah, Tiff. This is something else. Breathe in!" he added hastily at the end, giving her a moment to react before diving down, pushing against the water until they were skimming against the sea bed before he sped upwards again, breaking water once more less than a minute than when he had started.

"That was amazing!" Tiffany shouted as they surfaced once more. She was inspired by the sheer strength and speed at which Jack had propelled them through the water. She released her hold on Jack's shoulders, swimming around to be in front of him. "So you're okay at swimming," she teased, "But can you beat me in race?" And without waiting for a response, she turned, kicked up a flurry of white water in his face, and began swimming away as fast as she could.

Jack grinned at the offer and made to accept, but before he could formulate a reply she was off. "Hey!" he spluttered, trying to recover from the surprise of having water thrown into his face. Nevertheless, he was soon back in the game as he sped to catch up with Tiffany, his powerful arms cutting smoothly through the water. As he drew up alongside her he slowed to her pace. "Nice day for it," he said as he manoeuvred himself in front of her, kicking water playfully into her face before spinning sideways and falling back in line.
