Only the user with the account number 1 can do either. Dan is user number 1 for that forum, and so I can't. I have asked him, but he can't remember off the top of his head, so have to wait for his return unfortuanately.

Hi guys, just thought I'd post this since I've been really interested in making this forum lively the same way it was before. Here's some of the things that I would want to discuss.

1. Overall forum layout - The forum is okay, the color is not bad either but it looks a bit 'dry' and dead. It doesn't have the appeal that we really need to have if we are even planning to attract new members in the first place. The house points that we had on DCFv2 was nice and would be good if we can put it back. Another thing would be the banner. No offense to Dannoth however, it looks more of a horror/scary banner to me and not something that you think would relate to Hogwarts. The forbidden forest? Maybe. It would be best if we could also add something like "A harry potter inspired RPG" or something like that as a tagline. That adds up to the relevancy and would indicate that we are a HP related RPG forum.

2. Plots - We've had a couple of plots in development now however, there's little implementation to it. It would be great if we could eventually start them. Without any major plots, there would be less activity even with us regular members.

I know that we can't do much since Dannoth isn't around however, we're here and we can turn things around. We can only hope that Dan will come back someday.

Any comments on this would be much appreciated.

Gilver - good thoughts. I agree with most, though with the banner, I'm no good at graphics to replace it myself. If someone else were to do something good enough to be put in its place, I can probably replace it in the ACP.

As for the tagline, again I'll see what I can do in the ACP tomorrow morning (too tired tonight, sorry :( ).

As for the banner, well, I'm not good at it as well. It would be nice if we can hook up some competition for it. Worry about what's in it for them later. We need to have the banner changed. T_T

As for the plots, any improvements with your idea, Oliver? It would be nice to have more than one plot though. We could also link them with the other ongoing plots and will eventually lead to a very big major plot (NOT A FORUM KILLER PLOT exxdee

).
