RE: Someone Got Lucky
OOC: Yeah, seen as this thread was created first :P and thus happened first :)
IC: "Then I shall arrange a meet up for the two of you." She smiled at him again, "Just be careful of what you say." Her smile dissapeared giving a more sinister look, "If you even lay one finger on him I swear you will be sorry though." It's not easy to distinguish good from evil. Sinners can surprise you. And the same is true for saints. Why do we try to simply distinguish people as good or evil? Because no one wants to admit that compassion and cruelty can live side by side in one heart. And that anyone is capable of anything...

RE: Someone Got Lucky
Jack stepped back automatically, not expecting the threat. "Why the hell would I hurt him?" he blurted before he could tone down his language; if there was one thing he didn't react well to it was a threat, never mind who it came from. "If anything it'd be the other way round, Lilli," he continued, wondering when he was going to do something about his big mouth.

RE: Someone Got Lucky
"You think he would hurt you? Only if you hurt me, or you just generally managed to get on his bad side. Which is actually very difficult to do."
She looked away from him, "Look, I don't want to threaten you any longer. Let's just get packed up. And you are still going to meet him by the way." It's not easy to distinguish good from evil. Sinners can surprise you. And the same is true for saints. Why do we try to simply distinguish people as good or evil? Because no one wants to admit that compassion and cruelty can live side by side in one heart. And that anyone is capable of anything...

RE: Someone Got Lucky
Jack shrugged and said nothing, knowing that it was probably too late to back out now. He began to clear the objects away, and soon the place was as good as new. "So," he said slowly. "Thanks Lilli. I really appreciated that. I'll see you soon, yeah?"

RE: Someone Got Lucky
She helped him clear away the things before turning to face him again, "Yes, I'm sure we shall. Next lesson and if you would like any more help with spells at all?"

RE: Someone Got Lucky
"Sounds good. I think I'm sorted on what we've learnt so far; perhaps when the Professor starts teaching us new ones and I fall behind again," he smiled. "Bye then!" he said dramatically and, with a flourish, he was gone. Well that had been a lot more dramatic then he had expected...
