RE: Someone Got Lucky
Lilli frowned slightly, "Hmmm... maybe you should go to the hospital wing then, see if they can sort it out before it gets too bad."
She slid her hands down until they were resting on his gently, feeling his pulse below her fingers and leaning in slightly closer so she could see his eyes clearly.

It's not easy to distinguish good from evil. Sinners can surprise you. And the same is true for saints. Why do we try to simply distinguish people as good or evil? Because no one wants to admit that compassion and cruelty can live side by side in one heart. And that anyone is capable of anything...

RE: Someone Got Lucky
Jack found himself drifting away as he got himself lost in Lilli's eyes. "No, no... that's not what I meant..." he backtracked, faltering slightly even as he regained confidence. "Lilli..." he whispered, unsure of what to say but all the time allowing himself to lean in towards her. He rested his arms on her shoulders, before sliding them down until they were holding her waist.

"Hmm..." She leant in closer towards him so their noses were almost touching, "Then what did you mean?"
She rested her hands on his chest, making sure that she could always feel his pulse beating through her fingertips.

RE: Someone Got Lucky
"I mean..." in his mind he began to weigh up what he should do; he could leap at the opportunity now or forever regret his missed chance. He took the former. "This," he said, before kissing her.

The first thing he felt was her soft, pinkish lips connecting with his own. He squeezed her ever tighter towards her, engaging in an all-encompassing embrace as he gripped her by her waist. Now Jack was a good kisser - he sure had got a lot of practice - but this was a whole new level. The last sight he saw before his eyes fluttered shut was the perfect face of Lilli, so tightly connected to his own, looming over all his vision as he breathed in her scented perfume. "Wow..." he breathed, hoping that he wouldn't come to regret this. It was heaven.

RE: Someone Got Lucky
Lilli was slightly surprised at first, she hadn't really meant it to go so far, she ws about to pull away and leave him when he pulled her into a kiss. Instantly it reminded her of Evan as she joined in with the kiss slightly. She could feel him against her and she thought that Evan was good at this Jack was a lot better.
Her arms were now held in a state of shock (OOC: lol) as he pulled her closer towards him. She felt his skin beneath hers as she was pulled so close towards him, "Jack..."

RE: Someone Got Lucky
OOC: It's never a good sign when a girl you're kissing is imagining you're some one else xD

IC: Suddenly Jack found his senses overloaded as, with a sense of relief, he realised that Lilli was joining in - he hadn't been wrong about having a chance after all. Now Lilli was everywhere, filling up all his senses as inside he jumped with delight. It had been a while since he'd done this; not since he'd joined Hogwarts had he been subject to such beautiful forces.

RE: Someone Got Lucky
OOC: Can you blame her though? :P

IC: Lilli pulled away slightly before he got too involved with the kiss, "Jack... I..." She perfected her acting, "You..."
Their faces were still so close together, she was slightly worried about what Evan would think but at the same time the thrill of having caught someone made her smile slightly, which she covered up at the last minute.

RE: Someone Got Lucky
OOC: Lilli wasn't being manipulative before, for a minute Jack actually had her :P

IC: Jack's cheeks were burning so hot they could fry an egg as Lilli gradually broke away. His mind entered a complete state of disarray; he longed to know why she had broken the connection that he had given up so much to forge. Not comfortable being so close to her anymore, he ducked out the side and made for the door. Realising that that would only exasperate the situation, he turned back. "Why... why not?" he asked, knowing how feeble and desperate he sounded.

RE: Someone Got Lucky
OOC: Why not?

IC: Now Lilli became confused, "Why not what? I really don't understand what you're saying."
She stepped backwards away from him, further towards the wall. Evan kept going through her mind over and over, "Jack?"

RE: Someone Got Lucky
Jack almost left her in that state of confusion, but decided that it was better to correct himself. "What's wrong? Did I do something...?" he whispered, urging for an answer. If not from her, then from somewhere.
